Ad Submission Guidelines
We the
members of the Germantown Charity Horse Show are excited
about our 63rd annual event scheduled for June 7-11 this
year. Come see it for yourself.
We are experiencing the same economic down turn as most
Americans. However, as members, we are committed to
keeping this Horse Show as one of the top events in the
community. We ask you to help us by being a Sponsor of
the Germantown Charity Horse Show. There are many levels
from which to select and publicity for your business or
organization based on that level.
This horse show is one of the oldest all breed shows in
the country. We anticipate 750 to 800 horses this year
with competitors from 15 states. With each horse comes a
rider, trainer, groom, and a parent or friend, which
means a documented economic impact of $2,000,000 to
$3,000,000 dollars to Germantown and Shelby County each
year. You can benefit from these new customers too.
The Germantown Charity Horse Show selects a charity each
year. The last 13 years our charity has been
The Exchange Club Family Center.
Their mission is to break the cycle of child abuse and
neglect by replacing abusive and violent behavior with
family rehabilitation and effective parenting skills.
The Family Center realized over $40,000 from the 2009
show alone. Our charity has and always will support
children’s charities.
The impact of our donation to our charity is great, but
I feel the impact that the Germantown Charity Horse Show
has on the entire Shelby County community is equally as
important. Our event is the oldest sporting event in all
of Shelby County. It is a great event in a relaxed
atmosphere for the whole family showing some of the
finest horses and riders in the country.

Class sponsorship at the Germantown Charity Horse Show
will entitle you or your organization to:

the comprehensive program used throughout the course of
the five (5) day event.
- Acknowledgement in bold
in the show program above the class listing of each
day’s events.
- Public address system
announcements at periodic intervals based on sponsorship
level.
- Exposure to
participants and spectators from across the country and
from the Mid-South
- Promotion to the
membership of the Germantown Charity Horse Show
Committee via monthly meetings/website listings/Facebook

MAJOR

sponsorship of the Germantown Charity Horse Show will
