CLASS SPONSORSHIP       Print Class Sponsorship Form

Class sponsorship at the Germantown Charity Horse Show will entitle you or your organization to:

• Print identification in the comprehensive program used throughout the course of the five (5) day event.
• Acknowledgement in bold in the show program above the class listing of each day’s events.
• Announcement at periodic intervals before and during the class over the show grounds public address system.
• Association to the specific class among participants attending from across the nation.
• Recognition before the membership of the Germantown Charity Horse Show Committee at monthly meetings.

MAJOR SPONSORSHIP       Print Major Sponsorship Form

Major sponsorship of the Germantown Charity Horse Show will receive in addition to the above-mentioned benefits the following:

• Promotions in media coverage including live TV and radio spots throughout the week.
• Print media in local newspapers, national trade publications, organizational newsletters, horse show media kits, and posters and flyers.
• Promotional presentations made by the show queen before local clubs and organizations such as the Lions, Rotary and Civic clubs, luncheons and mini expos.
• One full page black and white ad in the event program.
• Sponsor representative to make award presentation.
• One display banner provided by the sponsor to be hung in the main arena.

Commemorative Brick & Stall Sponsorship

A commemorative brick is a wonderful way to honor a family member, friend or favorite pet. These commemorative bricks are added to the grounds of the Germantown Charity Horse Show only once every five years, and 2008 is the year to get your order in! July 15 is the deadline for making sure your brick is added this fall.

In addition, sponsoring a stall in honor of someone special is another way to provide meaningful support to the efforts of the Germantown Charity Horse Show. A commemorative plaque will be added to one of our new stalls in honor of your loved one.
